the ask.

Legal firms are not expected to modernize. Intimate and private conversations are not meant to take place online. While traditionally true, we helped one family law firm (which cannot be named for confidentiality reasons) break the mold and transition the majority of their attorney-client communications.

the result.

Through attorney/stakeholder interviews, we were able to identify time intensive conversations which did not directly impact the bond with their clients. Processes such as messaging, bill pay, and document storage were transitioned into an online environment saving attorneys time for the vital in-person conversations.
