Mastercraft requested a more engaging experience to introduce customers to their new, premium boat line, Aviara, and allow them to fully configure their new luxury dayboat.
With the support of Nemo Design, we designed a new customer journey guiding potential Aviara owners through the configuration of their new boat. Informed by stakeholder interviews, this new configurator mitigated instances where customers historically exited sales conversations. It also integrated with their CRM system to expedite closing deals with interested customers.
